Would be amazingly useful (for me at least).

Some apps I’ve seen doing it check whichever is newer (the amp file) or the database entry and update the other accordingly – allows for ‘cross application’ synchronisation.

I would be willing to accept the compromise on the iPadOS version but under MacOS I’d love a tick box to allow batch updates at the end of a session. Photos.app is not the perfect DAM but it is better than most so I’d like to stick with it!

Your workaround explains why it appeared to work when I pre-ticked the Raw Processing it worked, because I had done the necessary ‘click edit’ step.

Ok, did another paste job across multiple photos and issue is back. I’ve emailed you a video showing what the resulting issue is, and how reverting the image in Photos.app is needed to restore the Raw Processing functionality. Hopefully it helps identify the cause and a resolution!

Obviously as soon as I set up screen recording I can’t recreate the issue…

I will revive this thread if I’m able to make it happen again!
