Is there a navigator?

I have small dust bunnies in the top corners of an image, when I enlarge the image to make it clearer for me to use the spot/ wire removal tool, which is great!!!, I cannot get to the spots because the image is too big.
Any suggestions?

when using the spot/wire tool and zoomed in, pressing the option key brings up a hand tool which you can use to move around in the image.

Yes, that’s the best way (or use the trackpad / Magic Mouse to pan the image). If you use Cmd-Plus and Cmd-Minus, you can zoom in less than the Z key which is 100%.

Thank you Mike and Nik for your replies both of which work great. Plus using the mouse wheel I can scroll up and down in the image.
