    Hi there!

I’ve been dabbling into experimenting with masks with brush masks. However, the behaviour of a brush seems … odd? It is as if the brush is trying to detect things in the photo. Trying to paint over a tree doesn’t work properly? This happens both with the toggle ‘Edges’ both in the off and on mode.

For example, when moving the mouse along a long path, the ‘softness’ parameter doesn’t have a visible effect – it’s as if it is a hard brush without a feather. This is with Softness at 100, Strength 10, and Size ranging from 2 – 30. It’s only if I click at one point, without moving the mouse, does it somewhat have a softness with a feather.

I tried searching through the settings to see if there’s anything to do with the brush, but I did not find any.

Is there any way to make the brush behave … “unintelligently”? (for lack of a better term)

Thanks for all your effort in developing Nitro!

Hi. Sorry to hear about this issue. Can you send a screen recording of this happening to support@gentlemencoders.com? That will be much easier to troubleshoot. Also, if you can turn on “Show Touches” in the app’s settings, it will be easier for me to follow what you are doing.
