You’re right – edits aren’t saved (consistently) when I exit the app before Command-S. When I just move to another image there’s no issue. Thanks

Hi Nik – I’m still occasionally getting this issue but the full image appears when I move to edit mode.
    Thanks

    Sure.

Open up a photo in One Up Mode.
    Click on the Keywords Tool
Add KWs from the appropriate list. They all appear in the window above the lists
Click on the edit tool without any other action first.
Either edit or return directly to the KW tool
    Check window – no keywords.

Yesterday this got worse in that even pressing V to return to grid wouldn’t save the KWs. On one occasion I rebooted Nitro and they appeared after rebooting. I’m now only entering KWs via the metadata menu which works perfectly.

    I hope this helps!
    Thanks

If you imagine an image in grid view the top half of which is visible whilst the bottom half is obscured by a grey overlay such as you could apply in PS.

I’ve been back through the images and the offending ones have corrected themselves. If this happens again – is there a way to attach a file?

Hi – I’m not sure which applies here. This behaviour is random as far as I can see – the only constant is that I always use Image Capture to import.

Hi – this is the consistent behaviour, including for directories that have only just loaded. Finder is set to group and sort by name in list view with use as default selected. However – toggling the sort option in Nitro to ‘sort descending’ – no visible change, then back to ‘sort ascending’ results in the lowest file number at the top. Until I move to another directory then back, when the inversion returns and I have to re-sort via the above sequence.
