    Solved it – I needed to add the app itself to the ‘ignore list’ rather than the folder where the thumbnails are stored!

    Thank you, Joju. Yes – that’s exactly where it is!
    I still can’t seem to add the folder to my ignore list, but that’s a CleanMyMac issue, not a Nitro issue!
