    Thanks Nik. That workflow does not really work for me. Can see that it might do so for others.

    Might have solved this – it is because I am using the edge aware brush continually and as to be expected it picks up the edges of clouds etc. Using edge aware to denfine the edges of the mask and the ordinary brush to fill in seems to crack it 🙂

    That is fair enough, Nik, but there has not been a blog post since Aug 2022. That is a long time for users to sit around wondering what (if anything) is coming next. Meanwhile competitor software is streaking ahead. Not having a detailed time lined road map is one thing, staying silent on what is coming is perhaps a step too far.
