    As I wait for my new iPhone 14 Pro to arrive (upgrading from a 6 Plus!) I’ve been reading up on shooting Apple ProRAW. I found a note somewhere on this site saying that Raw Power supports ProRAW as of macOS 11.1, but I’ve also read that while many apps can open a ProRAW DNG file, not all are truly compatible with this file format. Since an Apple ProRAW file isn’t a pure data dump of the Bayer sensor, I’m thinking that any app needs to understand Apple’s imaging pipeline for these files. Does Raw Power FULLY support the ProRAW format?

    Yes, RAW Power fully understands the ProRAW format. That’s because it uses Apple’s RAW engine for these files. You have access to Apple’s Tone Map control which is the thing that is usually missing from other apps.
