I have seen that line from another customer, who sent some instructions for reproducing it, but unfortunately the steps do not reproduce for me. If you end up determining a good way to reproduce it, please let me know (via email is fine).
BTW: the forum suppresses HTML content because user-generated HTML can be a major security risk.
