I’m not seeing that here, all my Nitro edited images show up in Photos with the correct date and time stamp showing.
I am using the auto export function of Nitro, accessing the Photos library directly, and letting Nitro export the edited image back to Photos.
Perhaps a different workflow might produce something different here?
