If you have a RAW image, then you can use the sliders that are in the RAW Processing adjustment. There are three: Luma Noise (black and white noise), Color Noise (color speckles) and Detail. The Detail slider brings back some grain that can be lost when applying denoise. There are no noise reduction tools for JPEG.
