I have tried to run Nitro the last few days and it hangs on startup.I get that coloured beach ball, the Nitro Logo and the message below it “Loading. Please Wait…”
For the past month I have not used the iMac due to a shoulder injury and on startup had a lot of updates. Did not do one for Nitro, but I notice on the app store there was an update a week ago. I have auto update on, but cant check my version as Nitro wont start. Have to force close.
My iMac is a 2019 Intel chip model, not sure if there could be a problem with that. Specs Below
Is there anything I can reset or delete that maybe causing this?
If someone could list where all the user files etc are I could delete everything and reinstall.
I have no catalogue or anything that would impact me with a fresh install as I only use the system as my filing system.
Also no side car files foe future use either.
I have tried re starting and complete turn off etc.
Any suggestions ?
