    The other day I uploaded 4 images from my card through Image Capture into Nitro without any problems. I then uploaded about 30 images and now I am getting a spinning beach ball that goes on for ever. Nitro will open up and it says it is downloading and under the top toolbar I get the word Nitro about 20 times.
    Any suggestions?

    What do you mean when you say you uploaded into Nitro. Nitro does not contain a catalog to import into. It is a file based browser, import with Image Capture or transfer your photos into a folder on your hard drive, then open up Nitro and browse that folder to view and edit the photo.

    As Jerry says, there is no “import” in Nitro. So if you drag 30 images, you are telling it you want to open 30 individual editor windows.

    If you force quit the app, and reopen it, it should not try to reopen those.
