I released Nitro Photo 2026.08 today. You can get it on the App Store.

• RAW v9 support. I made a detailed video on YouTube.
• Edit Captions in the File System (all OS versions) and in the Photo Library (OS 27 only)
• Edit Keywords in the Photo Library (OS 27 only). Keywords already worked in the File System.
• Apple finally added ratings to Photos in OS 27! Nitro can now read and store ratings into the Photo Library. Because you may have added ratings in Nitro and in OS 27 Photos, there is a synchronization interface to make them consistent.
• Add Unrated to the list of Quick Filters.

• More powerful RAW Sharpen and RAW Contrast filters.

• Preferences for hiding tool overlays and when tapping on the image.

• Fixed long standing issue with masking RAW images where the masked area was sometimes drawn incorrectly.
• Fix bugs with keywords, key repeat, and XMP files.
